Mim:care - 24/7 Support

Mim:care is designed to provide you with up to 24/7 access to our specialist team of WCM technical consultants in New Zealand and the UK.

Mim:care will give you cover for all technical, operational and application issues relating to your WCM implementation.

Here's how mim:care works

You pre-purchase blocks of 40 units and call-off against them as required where 60 minutes equals 1 unit (minimum charge 15 minutes) in standard working hours and 60 minutes equals 1.5 units (minimum charge 30 minutes) in non-standard hours. Access to non-standard hours cover is subject to an annual subscription fee.

Standard Working Hours

08.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday, excluding applicable statutory holidays.

Non-standard Hours

All other times, 24/7/365.

Non-standard hours cover is provided only when the following pre-service conditions have been satisfied:
  1. The solutions covered by the contract have been supplied to you by Mimtech,
  2. Where any solutions covered by the contract have not been supplied to you by Mimtech all such solutions have been subject to a pre-service Solution Audit by Mimtech,
  3. The non-standard hours cover Annual Subscription has been paid you.
Mimtech Terms & Conditions of service provision are available on request inclusive of Service Level Agreement.
